      <image:caption>My name is Loxley King, I am a qualified personal trainer and one on one coach. I have been working with clients for over 5 years now, that want to improve their knowledge, meet their goals, whilst striving to get fitter, stronger and healthier. I first started coaching in Australia where I fell in love with one on one coaching. Since then I have grown my business &amp; have now settled in somerset to coach. I have been lucky enough to work with an array of client who have all worked to support different goals but mainly aiming to get fitter and stronger whilst finding enjoyment in strength training. Alongside one on one training, I like to keep active as much as I can walking, cycling &amp; running around after my toddler. I play netball at a competitive level for my local club. Therefore when i’m training my main focus is sports specific strength &amp; conditioning &amp; injury prevention. When I am working with my clients I develop a plan that suits their specif needs to ensure they feel comfortable in a gym environment. First I gather information regarding training history &amp; any injuries we may need to work with, then I understand their goals so that I can develop a personalised program for them which we will work efficiently through to progressive work through the program.
